Sūrah Nūh - [ 71 So Nabī Nūh ] - سـورة نـوح
( The Prophet Noah - [Si Propeta] Nûh [Noah])

Pangnal ko Sūrah

Pd skaniyan ko minikabalaga a sūrah a tomioron sa Makkah. Sa aya mala a bandingan iyan na so thotolan ko Nūh, ago so kiniphantagn iyan ko pagtaw niyan ko lagaday o malndo a masa ko kapndolona niyan kiran ko kaonoti ran ko Bnar a toroan.

Sii sankai a sūrah na khasabot on so btad o Bnar ago so ribat a oman i isa kiran na adn a masa niyan a mattndo, sa apia pn i kapangalandada o ribat ago mangalakoala ko liawaw o lopa, na adn a taman iyan a ron khapos so lalakaw niyan, sa datar oto mambo so Bnar a minsan pn karorompisan dn ko lagaday o manga masa ogaid na aya khabolosan iyan na so kapakadaag sa kaposan, sa marayag a kakhasabota on ko thotolan ko Nabī Nūh [a.s.].

Pd sa ongangn o Qur’ān a kapphanothola niyan ko Rasūlullāh [s.a.w] ko manga rrgn a kiasagadan o miangaoona a manga sogo’ sa rinarinaw rkaniyan ka an iyan katokawi a kna o ba skaniyan bo i lomialan sa marasay ko kiatanggonga ko panolon ka adn a miaonaan iyan a manga sogo’ a mia ngaroromasay, ogaid na sii sa kaposan na rk iran so kapakadaag, sa phagombasay so ronda o ribat san ko randasan o manga masa.

Aya kadakl a ayat iyan na 28 a tomioron ko oriyan o Sūrah an Nahl.

بِســمِ اللهِ الرَّ حْـمَنِ الرَّحِيـــمِ
Sii sa Ingaran o Allah a Makalimoon a Masalinggagawn.
In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful.
Sa Ngalan ng Allâh, ang Pinakamahabagin, ang Napakamaawain at Ganap na Mapagmahal

71:1

Hassanor Alapa : Mataan a siogo Ami so Nūh 1848 ko pagtaw niyan sa lalang inka so pagtaw nka ko onaan o da kiran pn kaomaa a siksa a masakit

Muhsin Khan : Verily, We sent Nuh (Noah) to his people (Saying): "Warn your people before there comes to them a painful torment."

Sahih International : Indeed, We sent Noah to his people, [saying], "Warn your people before there comes to them a painful punishment."

Pickthall : Lo! We sent Noah unto his people (saying): Warn thy people ere the painful doom come unto them.

Yusuf Ali : We sent Noah to his People (with the Command): "Do thou warn thy People before there comes to them a grievous Penalty."

Shakir : Surely We sent Nuh to his people, saying: Warn your people before there come upon them a painful chastisement.

Dr. Ghali : Surely We sent Nuh to his people (saying), "Warn your people even before there comes up to them a painful torment."

Tafsir Jalalayn : Verily We sent Noah to his people [saying]: ‘Warn your people before there come on them — should they not believe — a painful chastisement’, in this world and in the Hereafter.

Tagalog : Katiyakan, Kami ang nagpadala kay Nûh tungo sa kanyang sambayanan, at Aming sinabi sa kanya: Balaan mo ang iyong sambayanan bago dumating sa kanila ang masidhing kaparusahan,

71:2

Hassanor Alapa : Na pitharo iyan a hay pagtaw akn mataan a sakn rkano na phangangalk a mapayag

Muhsin Khan : He said: "O my people! Verily, I am a plain warner to you,

Sahih International : He said, "O my people, indeed I am to you a clear warner,

Pickthall : He said: O my people! Lo! I am a plain warner unto you

Yusuf Ali : He said: "O my People! I am to you a Warner, clear and open:

Shakir : He said: O my people! Surely I am a plain warner to you:

Dr. Ghali : He said, "O my people, surely I am to you an evident warner,

Tafsir Jalalayn : He said, ‘O my people, I am indeed a plain warner to you, one whose warning is plain,

Tagalog : Sinabi ni Nûh: O aking sambayanan! Katiyakan, ako ay tagapagbabala sa inyo na dala-dala ko ang babala hinggil sa parusa ng Allâh kung kayo ay lalabag sa akin,

71:3

Hassanor Alapa : Sa simbaa niyo so Allāh ago kalkn iyo Skaniyan ago onoti ako niyo

Muhsin Khan : "That you should worship Allah (Alone), be dutiful to Him, and obey me,

Sahih International : [Saying], 'Worship Allah , fear Him and obey me.

Pickthall : (Bidding you): Serve Allah and keep your duty unto Him and obey me,

Yusuf Ali : "That ye should worship Allah, fear Him and obey me:

Shakir : That you should serve Allah and be careful of (your duty to) Him and obey me:

Dr. Ghali : (Saying) Worship Allah, and be pious to Him, and obey me.

Tafsir Jalalayn : [to tell you] that [you should] worship God and fear Him and obey me,

Tagalog : Kaya maniwala kayo sa Kaisahan ng Allâh , at sambahin ninyo lamang Siya nang bukod-tangi, at matakot kayo sa Kanyang kaparusahan, at maniwala kayo sa akin na sumunod sa aking ipinag-uutos at umiwas sa aking ipinagbabawal, dahil katiyakang ako ay Sugo ng Allâh sa inyo,

71:4




Hassanor Alapa : Ka irila Iyan rkano so manga dosa niyo ago taalikan kano Niyan sa diandi a mappnto, mataan a so diandi o Allāh na igira miakaoma na di dn khisndod, opama o katawi niyo

Muhsin Khan : "He (Allah) will forgive you of your sins and respite you to an appointed term. Verily, the term of Allah when it comes, cannot be delayed, if you but knew."

Sahih International : Allah will forgive you of your sins and delay you for a specified term. Indeed, the time [set by] Allah , when it comes, will not be delayed, if you only knew.' "

Pickthall : That He may forgive you somewhat of your sins and respite you to an appointed term. Lo! the term of Allah, when it cometh, cannot be delayed, if ye but knew.

Yusuf Ali : "So He may forgive you your sins and give you respite for a stated Term: for when the Term given by Allah is accomplished, it cannot be put forward: if ye only knew."

Shakir : He will forgive you some of your faults and grant you a delay to an appointed term; surely the term of Allah when it comes is not postponed; did you but know!

Dr. Ghali : He will forgive you (some) of your guilty deeds and defer you to a stated term; surely the term of Allah, when it comes, cannot be deferred, if you (only) know."

Tafsir Jalalayn : that He may forgive you some of your sins (min dhunūbikum, ‘some of your sins’: min may be taken as extra, because submission to God (islām) expunges everything [of sin that was committed] previous to it; or it [min] may be understood as partitive, to point out that which is due to [those who were already God’s] servants) and defer you, without chastising [you], until an appointed term, the term for death. Indeed when God’s term, for your chastisement — should you not believe — comes, it cannot be deferred, if only you knew’, this, you would believe.

Tagalog : Patatawarin Niya sa inyo ang inyong mga kasalanan at pagkakalooban Niya kayo ng mahahabang buhay hanggang dumating sa inyo ang nakatakdang katapusan ng inyong buhay ayon sa kaalaman ng Allâh , katiyakan, ang kamatayan kapag ito ay dumating ay hindi na ito maiaantala pa, na kung alam lamang ninyo ito ay magmamadali kayo tungo sa paniniwala at pagsunod.

71:5

Hassanor Alapa : Na pitharo iyan a Kadnan ko diolon akn so pagtaw akn sa gagawii dawndaw

Muhsin Khan : He said: "O my Lord! Verily, I have called my people night and day (i.e. secretly and openly to accept the doctrine of Islamic Monotheism).

Sahih International : He said, "My Lord, indeed I invited my people [to truth] night and day.

Pickthall : He said: My Lord! Lo! I have called unto my people night and day

Yusuf Ali : He said: "O my Lord! I have called to my People night and day:

Shakir : He said: O my Lord! surely I have called my people by night and by day!

Dr. Ghali : He said, "Lord! Surely I have called my people by night and by daytime,

Tafsir Jalalayn : He said, ‘My Lord, I have summoned my people night and day, that is to say, continuously without interruption,

Tagalog : Sinabi ni Nûh: O Allâh na aking ‘Rabb’ na Tagapaglikha, katiyakang inanyayahan ko ang aking sambayanan tungo sa paniniwala sa Iyo, at pagsunod sa Iyo nang gabi at araw,

71:6

Hassanor Alapa : Na da a minioman kiran o panolon akn a rowar sa kapalagoy (ko kaparatiaya)

Muhsin Khan : "But all my calling added nothing but to (their) flight (from the truth).

Sahih International : But my invitation increased them not except in flight.

Pickthall : But all my calling doth but add to their repugnance;

Yusuf Ali : "But my call only increases (their) flight (from the Right).

Shakir : But my call has only made them flee the more:

Dr. Ghali : Yet my calling increased them (in nothing) except in flight.

Tafsir Jalalayn : but my summon has only increased their evasion, of faith.

Tagalog : Subali’t walang nairagdag sa kanila ang aking paanyaya tungo sa paniniwala kundi paglayo nila mula sa akin at pagtalikod,

71:7




Hassanor Alapa : Go oman akn siran dolonn ka an Ka siran karilai na ioln iran so manga kmr iran ko manga tangila iran, ago ikholob iran so manga nditarn iran, ago domiarkt siran (ko kakhafir) ago mithakabor siran sa samporna a kathakabor

Muhsin Khan : "And verily! Every time I called unto them that You might forgive them, they thrust their fingers into their ears, covered themselves up with their garments, and persisted (in their refusal), and magnified themselves in pride.

Sahih International : And indeed, every time I invited them that You may forgive them, they put their fingers in their ears, covered themselves with their garments, persisted, and were arrogant with [great] arrogance.

Pickthall : And lo! whenever I call unto them that Thou mayst pardon them they thrust their fingers in their ears and cover themselves with their garments and persist (in their refusal) and magnify themselves in pride.

Yusuf Ali : "And every time I have called to them, that Thou mightest forgive them, they have (only) thrust their fingers into their ears, covered themselves up with their garments, grown obstinate, and given themselves up to arrogance.

Shakir : And whenever I have called them that Thou mayest forgive them, they put their fingers in their ears, cover themselves with their garments, and persist and are puffed up with pride:

Dr. Ghali : And surely whenever I call them that You may forgive them, they set (Literally: made "up") their fingers in their ears, and enveloped themselves with their clothes, and persisted, and waxed proud (with insolent) arrogance (Literally: in "arrogant" pride).

Tafsir Jalalayn : And indeed whenever I summoned them, so that You might forgive them, they put their fingers in their ears, in order not to hear what I say, and draw their cloaks over themselves, they cover their heads with them in order not to catch sight of me, and they persist, in their disbelief, and act in great arrogance, disdaining faith.

Tagalog : At katiyakang sa tuwing inaanyayahan ko sila tungo sa paniniwala sa Iyo; upang ito ang magiging daan sa Iyong pagpatawad sa kanilang mga kasalanan ay inilalagay nila ang kanilang mga daliri sa kanilang mga tainga; upang hindi nila marinig ang paanyaya ng katotohanan, at nagsisipagtalukbong sila ng kanilang mga kasuotan; upang hindi nila ako makita, at nanatili sila sa kanilang di-paniniwala, at nagmataas sila nang matinding pagmamataas sa pamamagitan ng di-pagtanggap ng Tamang Pananampalataya,

71:8

Hassanor Alapa : Oriyan iyan na sakn na diolon akn siran sa mapayag

Muhsin Khan : "Then verily, I called to them openly (aloud);

Sahih International : Then I invited them publicly.

Pickthall : And lo! I have called unto them aloud,

Yusuf Ali : "So I have called to them aloud;

Shakir : Then surely I called to them aloud:

Dr. Ghali : Thereafter, surely I called them aloud,

Tafsir Jalalayn : Then indeed I summoned them aloud, that is to say, at the top of my voice;

Tagalog : Pagkatapos ay katiyakang inaanyahan ko pa rin sila tungo sa paniniwala nang hayagan na lantaran na walang paglilihim,

71:9

Hassanor Alapa : Oriyan iyan na inipayag akn kiran ago inisoln akn kiran sa kasoln (so panolon ka oba siran paratiaya).

Muhsin Khan : "Then verily, I proclaimed to them in public, and I have appealed to them in private,

Sahih International : Then I announced to them and [also] confided to them secretly

Pickthall : And lo! I have made public proclamation unto them, and I have appealed to them in private.

Yusuf Ali : "Further I have spoken to them in public and secretly in private,

Shakir : Then surely I spoke to them in public and I spoke to them in secret:

Dr. Ghali : Thereafter, surely I called them publicly, and I secretly (spoke) to them in private (Literally: in secret "conversation").

Tafsir Jalalayn : then assuredly I proclaimed to them, with my voice, and I confided, my words, to them secretly,

Tagalog : Pagkatapos ay katiyakang inihayag kong muli sa kanila ang paanyaya sa madla na may malakas na boses at minsan naman ay palihim ang aking pakikipag-usap sa kanila,

71:10

Hassanor Alapa : Sa pithro akn a pangni kano sa rila 1849 ko Kadnan iyo ka mataan a Skaniyan na Paririla

Muhsin Khan : "I said (to them): 'Ask forgiveness from your Lord; Verily, He is Oft-Forgiving;

Sahih International : And said, 'Ask forgiveness of your Lord. Indeed, He is ever a Perpetual Forgiver.

Pickthall : And I have said: Seek pardon of your Lord. Lo! He was ever Forgiving.

Yusuf Ali : "Saying, 'Ask forgiveness from your Lord; for He is Oft-Forgiving;

Shakir : Then I said, Ask forgiveness of your Lord, surely He is the most Forgiving:

Dr. Ghali : So I have said, ‘Ask forgiveness of your Lord; surely He has been (The) Superb Forgiver;

Tafsir Jalalayn : saying, “Ask your Lord for forgiveness, from idolatry. Assuredly He is ever Forgiving.

Tagalog : Na aking sinabi sa aking sambayanan: ‘Hilingin ninyo ang kapatawaran ng inyong ‘Rabb’ na Tagapaglikha sa inyong mga kasalanan, at magsisi kayo sa Kanya mula sa inyong di paniniwala, dahil katiyakang ang Allâh ay Ganap na Mapagpatawad sa sinumang nagsisi mula sa Kanyang alipin at nagbalik-loob sa Kanya.’

71:11

Hassanor Alapa : (ka amay ka mamangi kano sa rila) na sogoon iyan rkano so oran sa margs (i dogayas)

Muhsin Khan : 'He will send rain to you in abundance;

Sahih International : He will send [rain from] the sky upon you in [continuing] showers

Pickthall : He will let loose the sky for you in plenteous rain,

Yusuf Ali : "'He will send rain to you in abundance;

Shakir : He will send down upon you the cloud, pouring down abundance of rain:

Dr. Ghali : He will send down on you (rain) from the heaven showering plentifully,

Tafsir Jalalayn : He will release the heaven, the rain — for they had been deprived of it — for you in torrents, in plenteous showers,

Tagalog : ‘Kung kayo ay magsisisi at hihingi ng kapatawaran ay ibababa ng Allâh sa inyo ang masaganang tubig-ulan,

71:12

Hassanor Alapa : Ago omanan kano niyan sa manga tamok ago manga wata ago bgan kano niyan sa manga asinda ago adnan kano niyan sa manga lawas a ig

Muhsin Khan : 'And give you increase in wealth and children, and bestow on you gardens and bestow on you rivers."

Sahih International : And give you increase in wealth and children and provide for you gardens and provide for you rivers.

Pickthall : And will help you with wealth and sons, and will assign unto you Gardens and will assign unto you rivers.

Yusuf Ali : "'Give you increase in wealth and sons; and bestow on you gardens and bestow on you rivers (of flowing water).

Shakir : And help you with wealth and sons, and make for you gardens, and make for you rivers.

Dr. Ghali : And He will supply you with riches and sons, (Or: seeds) and will set up (Literally: make) for you gardens, and will set up for you rivers.

Tafsir Jalalayn : and furnish you with wealth and sons, and assign to you gardens, orchards, and assign to you, running, rivers.

Tagalog : At gagawin ng Allâh na masagana sa inyo ang inyong kayamanan at pararamihin ang inyong mga anak, at ililikha kayo ng mga hardin upang lumigaya kayo sa mga bunga at ganda nito, at igagawa kayo ng mga ilog na kayo ay iinom mula roon at didiligan ang inyong mga pananim at paiinumin ang inyong mga inaalagaang hayop.’

71:13

Hassanor Alapa : Sayana kano, a da a pagarapn iyo ko Allāh a kalk On ago slasla On

Muhsin Khan : What is the matter with you, [that you fear not Allah (His punishment), and] you hope not for reward (from Allah or you believe not in His Oneness).

Sahih International : What is [the matter] with you that you do not attribute to Allah [due] grandeur

Pickthall : What aileth you that ye hope not toward Allah for dignity

Yusuf Ali : "'What is the matter with you, that ye place not your hope for kindness and long-suffering in Allah,-

Shakir : What is the matter with you that you fear not the greatness of Allah?

Dr. Ghali : For what (reason) you do not hope to get reward from Allah for having reverence towards Him,

Tafsir Jalalayn : What is wrong with you that you do not hope for dignity from God, that is to say, [that] you [do not] hope that God will dignify you by becoming believers,

Tagalog : Bakit kayo, O aking sambayanan ay hindi natatakot sa Kadakilaan ng Allâh at sa Kanyang pagiging Ganap na Makapangyarihan,

71:14

Hassanor Alapa : A sabnar a inadn kano Niyan sa kazapankat

Muhsin Khan : While He has created you in (different) stages [i.e. first Nutfah, then 'Alaqah and then Mudghah, see (VV.23:13,14) the Quran].

Sahih International : While He has created you in stages?

Pickthall : When He created you by (divers) stages?

Yusuf Ali : "'Seeing that it is He that has created you in diverse stages?

Shakir : And indeed He has created you through various grades:

Dr. Ghali : And He already created you by stages?

Tafsir Jalalayn : when verily He created you in stages? (atwār is the plural of tūr, which means a state). Thus the sperm-drop is one state, the blood clot is another state, and so on, until the creation of the human being is complete: reflecting on [the manner of] his creation necessarily leads to belief in his Creator.

Tagalog : Gayong katiyakang nilikha Niya kayo sa magkakasunud-sunod na yugto: na ‘Nutfah,’ `Alaqah,’ at ‘Mudhghah,’ pagkatapos ito ay ginawa Niyang buto at laman?

71:15

Hassanor Alapa : Ba niyo da mailay o andamanayai kiaadn o Allāh sa pito a manga langit a mag’nkapa

Muhsin Khan : See you not how Allah has created the seven heavens one above another,

Sahih International : Do you not consider how Allah has created seven heavens in layers

Pickthall : See ye not how Allah hath created seven heavens in harmony,

Yusuf Ali : "'See ye not how Allah has created the seven heavens one above another,

Shakir : Do you not see how Allah has created the seven heavens, one above another,

Dr. Ghali : Have you not seen how Allah created seven heavens as strata, (i.e., in layers).

Tafsir Jalalayn : Have you not seen how God created seven heavens in layers, one on top of the other,

Tagalog : Hindi ba ninyo nakikita kung paano nilikha ng Allâh ang pitong kalangitan na magkakapatung-patong na ang isa ay nasa ibabaw ng isa,

71:16

Hassanor Alapa : Ago bialoy Niyan so olan sii kiran a manga langit a sindaw ago bialoy Niyan so alongan a palitaan

Muhsin Khan : And has made the moon a light therein, and made the sun a lamp?

Sahih International : And made the moon therein a [reflected] light and made the sun a burning lamp?

Pickthall : And hath made the moon a light therein, and made the sun a lamp?

Yusuf Ali : "'And made the moon a light in their midst, and made the sun as a (Glorious) Lamp?

Shakir : And made the moon therein a light, and made the sun a lamp?

Dr. Ghali : And He has made the moon therein for a light, and He has made the sun for a luminary?

Tafsir Jalalayn : and made the moon therein — that is to say, within their totality, [but] which is [effectively] true in the case of the heaven of this world — as a light and made the sun as a lamp?, as an illuminating lantern, more powerful than the light of the moon.

Tagalog : At ginawa (rin) Niya roon para sa inyo ang buwan bilang liwanag sa mga kalangitang ito, at ginawa (pa rin) Niya para sa inyo ang araw bilang ‘Sirâjâ’ (tanglaw o ilawan) na nagpapaliwanag upang makakita ng tunay na liwanag ang lahat ng nasa kalupaan?

71:17

Hassanor Alapa : Go so Allāh na inadn kano Niyan a phoon ko lopa sa kaadn (a datar o kiatho o mangngtho) 1850

Muhsin Khan : And Allah has brought you forth from the (dust of) earth. [Tafsir At-Tabari, Vol.29, Page 97].

Sahih International : And Allah has caused you to grow from the earth a [progressive] growth.

Pickthall : And Allah hath caused you to grow as a growth from the earth,

Yusuf Ali : "'And Allah has produced you from the earth growing (gradually),

Shakir : And Allah has made you grow out of the earth as a growth:

Dr. Ghali : And Allah has caused you to grow as a growth from the earth.

Tafsir Jalalayn : And God has caused you to grow, He has created you, from the earth, for He created your father Adam from it.

Tagalog : At nilikha ng Allâh ang inyong pinakalahi na si آdam mula sa (alabok ng) kalupaan,

71:18

Hassanor Alapa : Oriyan iyan na ipagndod kano Niyan on (sii ko lopa) ago phakambowatn kano Niyan on (ko kakhaoyag pharoman) sa kapakambowat

Muhsin Khan : Afterwards He will return you into it (the earth), and bring you forth (again on the Day of Resurrection)?

Sahih International : Then He will return you into it and extract you [another] extraction.

Pickthall : And afterward He maketh you return thereto, and He will bring you forth again, a (new) forthbringing.

Yusuf Ali : "'And in the End He will return you into the (earth), and raise you forth (again at the Resurrection)?

Shakir : Then He returns you to it, then will He bring you forth a (new) bringing forth:

Dr. Ghali : Thereafter He will bring you back into it, and He will bring you out (again) a (new) forthcoming (Literally: a bringing out).

Tafsir Jalalayn : Then He will make you return into it, entombed [in your graves], and bring you forth, for the resurrection, [with a veritable bringing forth].

Tagalog : Pagkatapos ay ibabalik kayo sa kalupaan pagkatapos ng inyong kamatayan, at pagkatapos muli ay palalabasin kayo mula rito (kalupaan) sa Araw ng Muling Pagkabuhay bilang Pagbuhay na Mag-uli na walang pag-aalinlangan magaganap.

71:19

Hassanor Alapa : Go so Allāh na inadn Iyan rkano so lopa a makakayat

Muhsin Khan : And Allah has made for you the earth wide spread (an expanse).

Sahih International : And Allah has made for you the earth an expanse

Pickthall : And Allah hath made the earth a wide expanse for you

Yusuf Ali : "'And Allah has made the earth for you as a carpet (spread out),

Shakir : And Allah has made for you the earth a wide expanse,

Dr. Ghali : And Allah has the earth for you as an outspread (rug),

Tafsir Jalalayn : And God has made the earth a flat [open] expanse for you,

Tagalog : At ginawa ng Allâh para sa inyo ang kalupaan na palatag;

71:20

Hassanor Alapa : Ka an kano ron makaokit sa manga lalan a manga bblang

Muhsin Khan : That you may go about therein in broad roads.

Sahih International : That you may follow therein roads of passage.' "

Pickthall : That ye may thread the valley-ways thereof.

Yusuf Ali : "'That ye may go about therein, in spacious roads.'"

Shakir : That you may go along therein in wide paths.

Dr. Ghali : That you may travel along thereof (spacious) ways, ravines. "'

Tafsir Jalalayn : so that you may follow throughout it spacious routes.” ’

Tagalog : Upang kayo ay manirahan dito at ginawan Niya rin kayo ng mga malalawak na daanan.

71:21

Hassanor Alapa : Na pitharo o Nūh a Kadnan ko sabnar a sianka ako iran sa inonotan iran so taw a da a minioman on o tamok iyan ago so wata iyan a rowar sa kalapis.

Muhsin Khan : Nuh (Noah) said: "My Lord! They have disobeyed me, and followed one whose wealth and children give him no increase but only loss.

Sahih International : Noah said, "My Lord, indeed they have disobeyed me and followed him whose wealth and children will not increase him except in loss.

Pickthall : Noah said: My Lord! Lo! they have disobeyed me and followed one whose wealth and children increase him in naught save ruin;

Yusuf Ali : Noah said: "O my Lord! They have disobeyed me, but they follow (men) whose wealth and children give them no increase but only Loss.

Shakir : Nuh said: My Lord! surely they have disobeyed me and followed him whose wealth and children have added to him nothing but loss.

Dr. Ghali : Nuh said, "Lord! Surely they have disobeyed me, and closely followed him whose wealth and children have not increased them in anything except (greater) loss,

Tafsir Jalalayn : Noah said, ‘My Lord, they have disobeyed me and followed, that is, the riffraff and the paupers [among them have followed], those whose wealth and children, namely, their leaders who have been blessed with such things (read wulduhu or waladuhu, ‘whose children’, the first of which is said to be the plural of walad, similar [in pattern] to khasab, khushb, or in fact [it is said to be] of the same meaning [as walad, but an alternative form] as in the case of bukhl or bakhal, ‘niggardliness’), only add to their loss, [to] their insolence and disbelief.

Tagalog : Sinabi ni Nûh: O Allâh na aking ‘Rabb’ na Tagapaglikha! Katiyakan, ang aking sambayanan ay lubusang nagmalabis sa pamamagitan ng paglabag at di-paniniwala sa akin, at sinunod ng mga mahihina sa kanila ang mga namumuno na mga ligaw na walang nairagdag sa kanila sa kanilang kayamanan at mga anak kundi pagkaligaw dito sa daigdig at parusa sa Kabilang-Buhay,

71:22

Hassanor Alapa : Go minikmat siran sa ikmat a lbi a mala

Muhsin Khan : "And they have plotted a mighty plot.

Sahih International : And they conspired an immense conspiracy.

Pickthall : And they have plotted a mighty plot,

Yusuf Ali : "And they have devised a tremendous Plot.

Shakir : And they have planned a very great plan.

Dr. Ghali : And they have schemed a heinous scheming;

Tafsir Jalalayn : And they have devised, namely, the leaders, a mighty plot, extremely outrageous, by denying Noah and harming him as well as his followers,

Muhsin Khan : "And they have said: 'You shall not leave your gods, nor shall you leave Wadd, nor Suwa', nor Yaghuth, nor Ya'uq, nor Nasr (names of the idols);

Sahih International : And said, 'Never leave your gods and never leave Wadd or Suwa' or Yaghuth and Ya'uq and Nasr.

Pickthall : And they have said: Forsake not your gods. Forsake not Wadd, nor Suwa', nor Yaghuth and Ya'uq and Nasr.

Yusuf Ali : "And they have said (to each other), 'Abandon not your gods: Abandon neither Wadd nor Suwa', neither Yaguth nor Ya'uq, nor Nasr';-

Shakir : And they say: By no means leave your gods, nor leave Wadd, nor Suwa; nor Yaghus, and Yauq and Nasr.

Dr. Ghali : And they have said, ‘Definitely do not leave (behind) your gods, and do not definitely leave behind Wadd, nor Suwac, nor Yaghûth, and Yacûq, and Nasr (These are names of pagan gods.

Tafsir Jalalayn : and have said, to the riffraff: “Do not abandon your gods, and do not abandon Wadd (read Wadd or Wudd) nor Suwā‘, nor Yaghūth and Ya‘ūq and Nasr” — these being the names of their idols.

Tagalog : At kanilang sinabi sa kanila: ‘Huwag ninyong iwan ang inyong pagsamba sa inyong mga diyus-diyosan tungo sa pagsamba sa Allâh na Nag-iisa, na iniaanyaya sa inyo ni Nûh, at huwag ninyong iwanan si ‘Wad’ at gayundin si ‘Suwâ`’ at gayundin si ‘Yaghûth’ at si ‘Ya`ûq’ at si ‘Nasr’ – ito ay mga pangalan ng kanilang mga diyus-diyosan na kanilang sinamba bukod sa Allâh, na ito ay mga pangalan ng mga mabubuting kalalakihan, nang sila ay namatay iniudyok ni Shaytân sa kanilang sambayanan na igawa sila ng mga rebulto; upang tumibay (daw) sila sa pagsamba ayon sa kanilang pag-aangkin – na sila ay tumitibay (daw) sa pagsunod kapag ang mga ito ay kanilang nakikita.

Nang nawala na ang mga naunang tao at lumipas na ang matagal na panahon, at nagpalit na ng panibagong henerasyon, ay muling nag-udyok sa kanila si Shaytân sa pagsasabi na ang kanilang mga ninuno ay sinamba ang mga rebultong ito, na kung kaya, inanyuan nila ito at nagsimula na silang manalangin sa pamamagitan ng mga ito. Ito ang tunay na kadahilanan sa pagbabawal ng pagsagawa ng rebulto at pagtayo ng mga ‘Musuleo’ sa mga libingan; dahil sa katotohanan, sa paglipas ng panahon ay ito na ang nasasamba ng mga tao na kulang sa kaalaman.

71:24

Hassanor Alapa : Go sabnar a miakadadag siran sa madakl go da a ipagoman ka ko manga pananakoto a rowar sa kadadag

Muhsin Khan : "And indeed they have led many astray. And (O Allah): 'Grant no increase to the Zalimun (polytheists, wrong-doers, and disbelievers, etc.) save error."

Sahih International : And already they have misled many. And, [my Lord], do not increase the wrongdoers except in error."

Pickthall : And they have led many astray, and Thou increasest the wrong-doers in naught save error.

Yusuf Ali : "They have already misled many; and grant Thou no increase to the wrong-doers but in straying (from their mark)."

Shakir : And indeed they have led astray many, and do not increase the unjust in aught but error.

Dr. Ghali : And they have already led many into error. And increase You Allah), the unjust ones in nothing except error!"

Tafsir Jalalayn : And they have certainly led astray, by these [gods], many, people, by commanding them to worship them. And do not [O God] increase the evildoers except in error!’ (wa-lā tazidi’l-zālimīna illā dalālan is a supplement to qad adallū, ‘they have certainly led astray’): He [Noah] invoked God against them when it was revealed to him that, ‘None of your people will believe except he who has already believed’ [Q. 11:36].

Tagalog : At katiyakan, iniligaw nila na mga pinuno ng pagkaligaw ang maraming mga tao dahil sa kanilang panlilinlang at pagpapaganda sa kanila ng mga daan ng pagkaligaw, na kung kaya, ‘O aming ‘Rabb’ na Tagapaglikha, walang nairagdag sa kanila na mga masasama para sa kanilang mga sarili dahil sa kanilang di-paniniwala at pagmamatigas kundi paglayo lamang sa katotohanan.’

71:25

Hassanor Alapa : Na phoon ko nganin a manga dosa iran na piagld siran na inisold siran sa Naraka na da a miatoon iran a rk iran a salakaw ko Allāh a manga tabanga (a phakalinding kiran ko siksa)

Muhsin Khan : Because of their sins they were drowned, then were made to enter the Fire, and they found none to help them instead of Allah.

Sahih International : Because of their sins they were drowned and put into the Fire, and they found not for themselves besides Allah [any] helpers.

Pickthall : Because of their sins they were drowned, then made to enter a Fire. And they found they had no helpers in place of Allah.

Yusuf Ali : Because of their sins they were drowned (in the flood), and were made to enter the Fire (of Punishment): and they found- in lieu of Allah- none to help them.

Shakir : Because of their wrongs they were drowned, then made to enter fire, so they did not find any helpers besides Allah.

Dr. Ghali : For whatever offenses (they committed), they were drowned, and then were made to enter a Fire; so they did not find, apart from Allah, any ready vindicators.

Tafsir Jalalayn : Because of (mimmā: mā indicates a relative clause) their iniquities (khatāyāhum: a variant reading has khatī’ātihim) they were drowned, by the Flood, then made to enter the Fire, with which they were punished underwater after drowning. And they did not find for themselves besides, that is to say, other than, God any helpers, to protect them against the chastisement.

Tagalog : At dahil sa kanilang kasalanan at pagpupumilit sa di-paniniwala at pagmamalabis ay nilunod sila sa pamamagitan ng delubyo (malaking baha), at sa Kabilang-Buhay kasunod ng ginawang pagkalunod sa kanila ay pagpapapasok sa kanila sa matinding Impiyernong-Apoy na naglalagablab at nanununog. At wala na silang matatagpuan pa bukod sa Allâh na tutulong sa kanila, o di kaya ay magliligtas sa kanila mula sa Kanyang kaparusahan.

71:26

Hassanor Alapa : Na pitharo o Nūh a Kadnan ko di Ka mbagak ko lopa ko manga kafir sa isa bo a gii ron mlibta 1852

Muhsin Khan : And Nuh (Noah) said: "My Lord! Leave not one of the disbelievers on the earth!

Sahih International : And Noah said, "My Lord, do not leave upon the earth from among the disbelievers an inhabitant.

Pickthall : And Noah said: My Lord! Leave not one of the disbelievers in the land.

Yusuf Ali : And Noah, said: "O my Lord! Leave not of the Unbelievers, a single one on earth!

Shakir : And Nuh said: My Lord! leave not upon the land any dweller from among the unbelievers:

Dr. Ghali : And Nuh said, "Lord! Do not leave (out) upon the earth of the disbelievers any residence-dweller!

Tafsir Jalalayn : And Noah said, ‘My Lord, do not leave from among the disbelievers a single dweller upon the earth (dayyār means ‘one who inhabits a dwelling [dār]’), in other words, not one.

Tagalog : At sinabi ni Nûh pagkatapos na mawalan na siya ng pag-asa mula sa kanyang sambayanan: O Allâh na aking ‘Rabb’ na Tagapaglikha! Nagsusumamo ako sa Iyo, na huwag Mo nang hayaan pang may matira na kahit na isa mula sa mga hindi naniwala sa Iyo, na mabubuhay siya sa kalupaan na makakakilos pa siya rito.

71:27

Hassanor Alapa : Ka amay ka ibagak ka siran on na ndadagn iran so manga oripn Ka ago da a ipmbawata iran a rowar sa baradosa a barakafir

Muhsin Khan : "If You leave them, they will mislead Your slaves, and they will beget none but wicked disbelievers."

Sahih International : Indeed, if You leave them, they will mislead Your servants and not beget except [every] wicked one and [confirmed] disbeliever.

Pickthall : If Thou shouldst leave them, they will mislead Thy slaves and will beget none save lewd ingrates.

Yusuf Ali : "For, if Thou dost leave (any of) them, they will but mislead Thy devotees, and they will breed none but wicked ungrateful ones.

Shakir : For surely if Thou leave them they will lead astray Thy servants, and will not beget any but immoral, ungrateful (children)

Dr. Ghali : Surely in case You leave them behind, they will lead Your bondmen into error, and will beget none except the most- disbelieving impious.

Tafsir Jalalayn : Assuredly if You leave them, they will lead Your servants astray, and will beget only disbelieving profligates (fājir and kaffār derive [respectively] from yafjuru and yakfuru): he said this on account of the mentioned revelation that had been given to him.

Tagalog : Katiyakan, kapag nagtira ka pa sa kanila na hindi sila mapupuksang lahat ay ililigaw nila ang Iyong mga alipin na naniwala na sa Iyo mula sa Daan ng Katotohanan, at wala nang magmumula sa kanilang lahi kundi lihis mula sa katotohanan at matindi sa di-paniniwala at paglabag sa Iyo.

71:28

Muhsin Khan : "My Lord! Forgive me, and my parents, and him who enters my home as a believer, and all the believing men and women. And to the Zalimun (polytheists, wrong-doers, and disbelievers, etc.) grant You no increase but destruction!"

Sahih International : My Lord, forgive me and my parents and whoever enters my house a believer and the believing men and believing women. And do not increase the wrongdoers except in destruction."

Pickthall : My Lord! Forgive me and my parents and him who entereth my house believing, and believing men and believing women, and increase not the wrong-doers in aught save ruin.

Yusuf Ali : "O my Lord! Forgive me, my parents, all who enter my house in Faith, and (all) believing men and believing women: and to the wrong-doers grant Thou no increase but in perdition!"

Shakir : My Lord! forgive me and my parents and him who enters my house believing, and the believing men and the believing women; and do not increase the unjust in aught but destruction!

Dr. Ghali : Lord, Forgive me and my parents and whoever enters my home as believer, and male believers and female believers; and do not increase the unjust ones except in annihilation!"

Tafsir Jalalayn : My Lord, forgive me and my parents — both of whom were believers — and whoever enters my house, my dwelling or my place of worship, as a believer, and believing men and believing women, to the Day of Resurrection, and do not increase the evildoers except in ruin’, in destruction — and thus they were destroyed.

Tagalog : O Allâh na aking ‘Rabb’ na Tagapaglikha, patawarin Mo ako at ang aking mga magulang at ang sinumang pumasok sa aking tahanan na naniwala, at ang mga mananampalataya na mga kalalakihan at mga kababaihan na naniwala sa Iyo, at huwag Mo nang dagdagan ang mga walang pananampalataya kundi pagkawasak, pagkatalo rito sa daigdig at sa Kabilang-Buhay.

Sa siabt iyan so Nūh ago so manga pd iyan a miaratiaya on sa minggolalan ko kiathapi iyan sa mala a padaw a kaphagdaan iran ko kasolapay o ig a khigald iyan so lopa ago so manga palaw, sa so limo o Allāh na bagian o sogo’ iyan ago so manga oripn iyan a miamaratiaya on sa so siksa na sii ko manga kafir.

1849. So giikapanawbat ko manga dosa na khasabapan sa kaphakaoma o limo o Allāh sa so oran na bithowan iyan sankai a ayat sa langit (Samā’) ka kagia ron pphakapoon so oran, na aya on inibtho a okit anan o basa Arab a so katotompokan ko nganin na ron dn pzandaya sa aya on ipmbtho, madakl a kapzagad anan ko Qur’ān na knal anka ka maink ago mananaw, a aya phakagdam on na so taw a madalm i sabot ko basa Arab.

1850. Piangangaloy kiran so langowan a rinayagan a limo o Allāh a pkhailay ran ka oba siran pangongonotan na da siran dn paratiaya, sa ba siran dn pphamagoman ko kasosopaka iran ko Sogo’ o Allāh. Sa oman siran pakapasangan o Nūh ko kapndolona niyan kiran na ba dn pamagoman a kapkhapti ran ko manga barahala iran, sa so kiathamantaman o langowan a okit a inokitan o Nūh na da siran dn paratiaya na piangni niyan dn ko Kadnan iyan a itana iyan kiran so siksa ka an siran maantior na inisogo on o Allāh so kathapi iyan sa padaw a kapagdaan iran amay ka lomapay so ig.

1851. Gianan so manga barahala o pagtaw o Nūh a piamagosay tano ko Pangoman a Osayan 5, p. 1488 sa kaposan ankanan a Sūrah na pangndod ka on ka ndodon so pariksa.

1852. Aya dn a kaposan a pangni kiran o Nūh na so kapolang iran a da dn a malamba kiran a isa bo, ka kagia kiadaan kiran dn sa panginam sa ba adn a maratiaya kiran ko kiathay a kapndolona niyan kiran na da siran dn paratiaya, sa so manga wata iran na phamanowa kiran a palaya dn manga darowaka a baradosa.

So Amr Ibn Luhay ago so Kasimba sa Barahala sa Lopa a Arabia

Ayon ko iringa a andang, na so Amr Bin Luhay na skaniyan i kiasabapan sa kiasambii ko agama o Ibrāhīm a so kaparatiaya sa isaisa a tuhan (tawhīd) sa inadn iyan so manga rinayagan a barahala sa Makkah. Skaniyan na kangodaan a mama a giobat iyan so bangnsa a Jurhum a isa oto ka loks a manga taw sa Yaman a ron miakapangamong so Ismāīl ko kiabaling iran a pd iran sa Makkah ko oriyan o kiambowat o ig a Zamzam, sa mindato siran roo sa siran i somisiap sa Ka’bah ko oriyan o kiambalaya on o Ibrāhīm ago so Ismāīl, sa sii ko kialagaday o masa na so Amr Bin Luhay na miakithidawa ko mbawataan o Jurhum, sa miadaag iyan siran na biogaw niyan siran sa lopa a Makkah, sa skaniyan i miakasambi a kominibir sa Ka’bah, na miakaisa a alongan a miasakit na miatharo on a adn a bowalan a mayaw sa al Balqā sa Shām (Syria) na phaygo on ka bolong, na pinggolawla niyan na miapia so sakit iyan, na miain’nka iyan roo sa Shām a so manga taw ron na pzimba siran sa manga barahala, sa igira adn a pangindaw iran a oran odi na kapangni sa panabang ko kasasangata ko ridoay na sii siran pphamangni sankoto a manga barahala. Na inantap iyan oto sa gioto i bnar a tuhan sabap sa kagia gia ingd a Shām na aya lopa a pkhapoonan o manga Agama ago so manga Nabī, na miangni kiran sankoto a manga barahala na inawidan iyan sa Makkah na inilmba iyan sa Ka’bah, ago inipanolon iyan ko manga Arab a kasimbaa iran sankai a manga barahala ago so manga pd a salakaw a barahala, sa inikasoy niyan siran ko kasimbaa iran ko manga barahala o pagtaw o Nabī Nūh.

Ayon ko katharo o Rasūlullāh [s.a.w] na so Amr Bin Luhay na skaniyan i paganay a mbabago ko adat o manga Arab ko kiaadna iran ko Bahīrah, Wasīlah, Sā’ibah, ago so Hām.

So Barahala a Wudd, Suwā, Yagūth, Ya’ūq ago so Nasr, na siran i manga barahala o pagtaw o Nabī Nūh. Sa so manga toladan iran a piagtawtaw na piangmbaalan ko masa o Jarīd. Sa ayon ko iringa a thotol, na so Wudd, Suwā, Yagūth, Ya’ūq, ago so Nasr na siran na manga mama a manga barasimba a miawapat siran ko sold o saolan. Na so pagtaw ko paganay a salono iran na sslaan iran ankoto a manga toladan a mbobolawas sa pananadm kiran sa phliotn iran sa datar o kathawaf sa Ka’bah.

Pangoman a Osayan 6 – 1261

Na so miakasalono a sarapiag a pagtaw na lomiabaw a kasslaa iran sankoto a manga toladan iran, na so miakasalono ko ika tlo lapis a pagtaw na pitharo iran a: “So manga apo tano na sslaan iran ankai a manga barahala sabap sa kagia siran i manga phanapaat kiran ko Tuhan” na inipoon sankoto a masa na so manga barahala na sinimba iran, na so kiadadag iran ko kiasimba iran sa barahala na siogo kiran o Allāh so Nabī Idrīs, sa inisogo iyan ko pagtaw so kakasoy ran ko kasimbaa ko isaisa a Tuhan a somiogo ko Sogo’ a Idrīs, ogaid na ba iran dn pitharo a so Idrīs na bokhag. Sa milawlanda dn so pagtaw sa taman sa siogo o Allāh so Nabī Nūh. Ska- niyan na pat gatos ago walo polo ragon a omor iyan ko kiasogoa on ko pagtaw niyan sa pantag sa kikhasowin iyan kiran ko kasimba sa isaisa a tuhan, ogaid na so pagtaw na tiawag iran skaniyan a bokhag, sa da iran onoti so panolon iyan. Na sabap roo na siogo skaniyan o Allāh sa kathapi iyan sa padaw. Na so kiapasada niyan ko padaw na skaniyan na miakanm gatos ragon a omor iyan, na miakaoma so mala a solapay o ig a minigald a doniya sa miakapat polo ragon. Na giankoto a solapay a ig na miaanod iyan ankoto a manga barahala o pagtaw o Nūh a phoon ko palaw a Naud, sa inibmbr skaniyan o rgs sa taman sa inisamapay sa lopa Juddah (Jeddah). Na gowani a tharotos so ig na so manga barahala na miatatap a mibbtad siran sa kilid a ragat. Na so kapzambr o ndo na pkhitambon on so bayank sa taman sa minigald siran ko lopa.

So Barahala a Wudd

Na so kialagaday o masa na inawidan iran so barahala sa balintad a Wādī al Qurā na piakabkn iran sa Dawmat al Jandal. Na so Awf Bin Udhrah na skaniyan i paganay ko manga Arab a bithowan iyan so wata iyan sa Abd Wudd (Oripn o Wudd), na da mathay na tiondog ska niyan o manga Arab sa inipamtho iran ko manga wata iran so ingaran o barahala. So Awf Bin Udhrah na bithowan iyan so isa a wata iyan a so Amir al Ajdar sa skaniyan i somisiap ko barahala a Wudd. Pangoman a Osayan 6 – 1262

Na so kiapakaoma o Islām na so barahala a Wudd na bininasa o Khālid Bin al Walīd a isa a mala a olowan ko sondaro o Islām a Sahābah o Nabī [s.a.w].

Aya ropaan o Wudd na tanto a mala a piagtawtaw a mama a adn a dowa a nditarn iyan ago adn a pdang iyan ago mapoposai sa pana ko waga niyan, ago adn a maaadap iyan a bankaw a adn a kalonkong iyan a kobal (panit) a katatagoan sa manga gasa a pana. So katharo a Wudd na makapmamaana sa “ Kangginawai odi na kakhalayama”.

So Barahala a Suwā
